You probably don’t want to have bad breath and decayed teeth but the sad thing is, too many teenagers teeth and gum problems!
Here are some of the common causes of these problems:

- Sodas and sugary fruit juices and water drinks
- Bad diet

- They can cause babies to be born underweight which can cause health problems for the baby.
- They can weaken your immune system, the system that keeps your body strong and helps protect it against colds, flu, and other problems.
