MTV Documentary Looking for Teens

Share!

MTV is looking for pregnant girls ages 15-17 who are willing to share their stories and their lives and be part of a documentary about pregnant teens.  The documentary will showcase what it is like to be young and pregnant, how life changes, and what challenges present themselves

They are looking for a diverse set of girls, including girls who are planning to give their baby up for adoption as well as girls who are planning to keep their babies.  The only requirement is that all the girls must be currently pregnant and carrying to term, willing to share their stories, must have parental/guardian permission to participate in the show, must be native English speakers, and must be open to to having cameras follow them around for the duration of their pregnancies.

If you know of a girl 15-18 who you think would be a good fit for this project, please contact MTV casting producer Sandra Philippeaux at 212-654-7699 or Sandra.Phillippeaux@mtvnmix.com.

At this preliminary stage, MTV prefers to be contacted by teachers, program leaders, health care providers or some other adult--not the girls themselves.  The girls must live in one of these states: Connecticut, New York, New Jersey, Nevada, Arkansas, Vermont, Indiana, Ohio, Massachusetts, and California. Each girl will receive an honorarium for their participation.
