How to Use a Female Condom Vid

This is one of the best videos I have seen about how to use a female condom. Female condoms are cool, but unfortunately, I don’t think they get as much attention as the male condom even though they work just as well at preventing pregnancy and sexually transmitted infections. There are plenty of good things about the female condom-- you can insert it up to eight hours before sex, it is less likely to cause an allergic reaction, and it stays in place whether a male has an erection or not. If you live in California, you can use our Find a Clinic feature to find a clinic near you where you can get female condoms. If you don’t live in California you can use Planned Parenthood’s Find a Clinic page. Thanks to the REACH peers at Binghamton University for the awesome video.
