What do YOU want to know about California teen clinics?

TeenSource is going on a field trip! I’m headed off to the Cole Street Youth Clinic, also known as the Huckleberry Youth Multi-Service Center to interview some of the staff there, get some photo and video footage and find out what THEY are doing to make their clinic a great place for YOU. The TeenSource clinic finder is a great way to find the closest clinic to where you live – but I'm still wondering...

What do YOU want to know before you go?

Going to the doc can be a little scary, especially if you need to talk to them about sex stuff. When I worked at a teen clinic, I tried really hard to make those conversations comfortable, ‘cause I remember the first time I went in to get birth control, and oh yeah, that first HIV test… it’s SO important to do, but sometimes our fears of what it’s going to be like can hold us back from going!

So as I put together my camera, notebook, and voice recorder, I want to hear from all of you! What do you want to know about the clinic – the doctors, the tests, your privacy, etc… before you hop on your bike, in your car, or on the subway to get to that local teen clinic?
