The Condom Access Project – referred to as CAP - is a project of Essential Access Health in partnership with the STD Control Branch, located online at TeenSource.org.
CAP makes it easier for teens who have sex to make safe and smart decisions about their sexual and reproductive health by helping them get free condoms when they need them. All teens in California can use CAP to find free condoms near them and teens in some counties can order condoms to be mailed to them.
You can learn more about CAP on our website. If you have specific questions, ideas of teen-friendly and accessible locations to provide free condoms to teens, or places that already provide free condoms to teens, please contact us at teensourceorg@gmail.com.

County-specific Home Mailer Program Promotion
Teens in Riverside, Contra Costa, Alameda, Sacramento, San Joaquin, Kern, San Diego, Fresno, and Los Angeles can order free condoms to be delivered to them at an address of their choice in a discrete envelope.
