ABOUT CAP
The Condom Access Project (CAP) is designed to reduce the rate of STD transmission among California youth by ensuring access to free condoms year round. The project is housed on Essential Access Health's teen website, TeenSource.org, and allows teens to search an interactive map for free condoms near them and in select counties order condoms by mail.
CAP OUTREACH STRATEGIES
Below you’ll find a menu of outreach strategies designed to make promoting CAP among your teen clients and constituents as easy as possible.
1) Link to CAP and Related Resources:
- Link directly to CAP from your website with our CAP button and banner ads
- Link to our CAP teen blog on TeenSource or republish it on your site or newsletter!
- Encourage parents to talk with their teens about condom use: Talkwithyourkids.org
2) Post CAP Info on Facebook:
