I recently wrote a blog about the National Day to Prevent Teen Pregnancy, and encouraged readers to take a minute to think about how a pregnancy would change their life. I didn’t really realize how much my own life would change if I got pregnant until I took the time to think about it. Thinking about five ways in which my life would change made me realized that an unexpected pregnancy would totally turn my life upside down, and I know it would do the same to a lot of other young people too.
That is why I want to share these websites about teen pregnancy--to help others see how a pregnancy would change their life. At these sites you can learn more about teen pregnancy and see what other teens have to say about getting pregnant.
- StayTeen.org has a lot of interactive games and videos about what other teens are doing to prevent pregnancy.
