- Check the expiration date of the condom.
- Open the package carefully and remove the condom.
- Make sure the condom top is pointing up so that it can easily roll down the penis.
- Pinch the tip of the condom to squeeze the air out.
- Place the condom on and roll it all the way down.
- After each ejaculation, carefully remove the condom making sure none of the semen drips out.
- Throw it away! Never reuse a condom twice!
- Remember you can use external condoms for sex toys or during oral or anal sex, and internal condoms for safer anal sex too.
