Getting an STD test in California is easy and affordable. Why not do it today?

Are you worried that you may have hooked up with someone who had a Sexually Transmitted Disease (STD)? Perhaps you had vaginal, oral, or anal sex without using a condom

STDs can pose a huge threat to your health and well-being and have many negative consequences.  Some STDs can be treated and cured while others will be inside your body for the rest of your life, and will have to be controlled through medication. STDs are super common and the best way to not get them is by not having sex of any kind.

However, if you do have sex, you should use a condom every time you have sex, since that’s the only birth control method that protects you from both unwanted pregnancies and STDs.  Also it’s important to make sure that the person you have sex with is not having unprotected sex with other people.  You’ll be surprised how many people have gotten STDs from unfaithful partners.

Besides practicing healthy sexual behaviors, getting tested on a regular basis is also important for the prevention of STDs.  Getting an STD test in California is easy and affordable.
